What is a Top Up Account?

This feature works in the same way as a Pay As You Go mobile phone. If you are a regular user of our services and find it a bit tedious having to go through the payment process each time you book a collection, then this is the service you need! You simply send us as much money as you want to and we will add it to your account as credit. Each time you book a collection, instead of having to go through the payment process, you can just click on the Top Up Account button and the value of your order will be taken off your remaining credit.

How do I Top Up my account?

Decide how much you would like to Top Up your account by, and then pay us via an electronic bank transfer direct to our bank account. If you want to call us before you do this to chat through the process, please do. The number, as always, is 0800 622 6555

Reference: Please be sure to use a reference, this can be anything you wish. We recommend something like CP12345 where CP is replaced by your initials and 12345 is replaced with 5 numbers of your choice.

Then drop us an e-mail to, stating your username so we know which account to apply the money to, along with your reference and the top-up amount sent. As soon as we see the payment in our account we will apply the funds to your Top Up for you and reply to your email letting you know we have done it.

What discount do i get when using this facility?

You will still receive your registered user discount of 5% on all applicable courier services you order.

How do I check my Top Up balance to see what funds I have left?

Your Top Up balance will be displayed when you get to the checkout stage of every booking

How long is my prepay credit valid for?

Top Up credit is valid for 12 months from the last time you placed an order with If you add credit to your account today and then return to order a parcel delivery in 11 months and 28 days time, then we will extend your balance for another 12 months from the date of that booking.

Can I use my Top Up in conjunction with another discount or promotion?

Yes, of course you can, it’s your money!

Terms & Conditions

When you deposit money into a Top Up account, you must use this balance within twelve calendar months. If this time passes with no activity on your account, then any balance will expire and is not refundable. If we add money to your Top Up account due to any goodwill gesture; insurance claim payment, refund payment or any marketing offer, this money will not be refundable. Top Up funds can only be used towards parcel delivery and courier services on the website. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
