When you book your collection with us, we give you £50 of free insurance and we can add extra if you wish at reasonable prices. Please be sure to check our prohibited items list within our terms and conditions before you book your parcel delivery to ensure that your particular item will be insured. Anything on this list can be sent, but entirely at your own risk. Our systems are integrated with the couriers tracking systems which means we can offer you a live track and trace service. You will need to enter your CP order number that we issue to you when you arrange your collection, and we can give you the most up to date information on your parcel's journey anytime after it has been collected.

Please make sure before sending your parcel that it is correctly packaged. Insurance claims are most often refused due to bad packaging so don't get caught out on this one and make sure you do the job properly.
