We then present you with your parcel sending options and you choose the one you think best suits your parcel delivery requirements. Then you just tell us the address to collect from and deliver to along with the date the parcel is ready. Finally, you pay for the order using a credit or debit card, or PayPal if you have an account. From that point on we do the rest for you. we take the details you have provided to us and book the collection with one of the largest courier companies in the UK. We give you £50 of free insurance when you place your collection booking with us and we can add extra if you wish at reasonable prices. You will need to enter your CP order number that we issue to you when you arrange your collection and we can give you the most up to date information on your parcel's journey anytime after it has been collected.

Please make sure before sending your parcel that it is correctly packaged. Insurance claims are most often refused due to bad packaging so don't get caught out on this one and make sure you do the job properly.
