Parcel delivery firm DHL Express has expanded its call centre located in Nairobi. The new facility is geared towards enhancing the company’s support systems and customer care. The video shows clips from the launch of the new call centre and gives you an idea of how things are done in different parts of the world!

We thought this was funny so decided to share it with you! It is a US radio station doing a crank call on someone who has booked a same day courier service. He has her believe that the driver got lost so will be late and will miss the deadline she has of 1 o’clock. Needless to say, she gets a bit annoyed, and then even more so when he tells her she has to pay $275 to cancel!
