I booked a collection with DHL using your parcel courier service. The driver went to collect my parcel yesterday and the tracking states that it is out for delivery today. The time is just coming up to 4:30 in the afternoon and I haven’t received it yet. Can you tell me what time the parcel courier company will will deliver up to?

DHL will deliver up to 5:30 if the parcel is on a van from the service centre. If the tracking shows as out for delivery and says ‘Home Delivery’ instead of ‘Service Centre’ next to it, then you will receive your parcel anywhere up to 9pm. It depends on whether or not the parcel clears customs without any issues. If it sails through without problem, then a parcel sent from the USA should arrive at its destination here in the UK within 2 to 4 working days. If you parcel is collected on a Friday, then this service will deliver on the Monday after the weekend for you. If you would like the parcel to go to your recipinet a bit quicker, then we do a DHL service that will deliver on a Saturday morning so perhaps you would like to consider that?

We would suggest that you use our pallet delivery service for this one. You book the collection using this service and we sort out the rest. If you need a pallet, indicate this on your order when you get the option and we will make sure the driver brings one with him. You will have to put the gearbox on the pallet, but then he will wrap it and take it away for you. This is normally a 1 to 2 day service.
